Individual Therapy

Our therapists come from many backgrounds; they specialize in trauma focused interventions while working with our clients on safety and understanding topics related to domestic violence, child abuse, and other violent crimes.

Parenting Classes

Parenting class focuses on educating parents about child abuse prevention. Parents work on communication skills, behavior modification, coping mechanisms, and setting limits, boundaries, and more.

Domestic Violence Awareness for Victims

This group focuses on teaching safety, red flags, triggers, diagnoses, self-esteem, empowerment, anger management, life skills and much more.

52-Week Domestic Violence Class

Domestic violence batterer’s intervention is approved by the California Department of Probation. This class is for male and female perpetrators of domestic violence. No waiting list; we have open enrollment.

Anger Management

The Anger Management program works with individuals in a group setting to improve communication skills, identify stress levels, and develop coping techniques and mechanisms..
